Taylor Russo: My name Taylor and I'm 23 years old. I've been living with an anxiety disorder for 4 years. There was a point in my life where I completely lost all hope on feeling better but to this day I have come a long way. My blog will consist of my own personal ways I cope with my anxiety and my insight on old/new techniques I use everyday. I am living proof that no matter how hard things get, you CAN get through them and you are not alone.
